制造企业可维修备件两级库存控制研究

【摘要】 为解决制造企业可维修备件库存管理策略粗放、库存结构不合理的问题,构建了基于(S,Q)策略的可维修备件两级库存控制模型。结合制造企业实际情况,提出了基于(S,Q)策略的两级供应和维修保障模式,以节约成本为优化目标,以服务水平为约束,针对制造企业的重要备件,构建了基于Metric模型的可维修备件两级库存控制模型。在算法求解上,设计了多种群遗传算法求解订货批量和再订货点。利用企业数据进行实例分析,对所建立的库存控制模型与传统库存模型进行比较,验证了模型的有效性。结果分析表明,所构建的库存控制模型可以在保持服务水平的前提下,将库存成本降低48%,该模型可为大型制造企业的可维修备件库存管理提供决策支持。

【Abstract】 To address the issues of extensive inventory management strategies and irrational inventory structure for repairable spare parts in manufacturing enterprises, a two-echelon inventory control model for repairable spare parts based on the(S,Q) strategy is constructed. Considering the actual conditions of manufacturing enterprises, a two-echelon supply and maintenance support model based on the(S,Q) strategy is proposed, aiming to optimize cost savings while meeting service level constraints. For critical spare parts in manufacturing enterprises, a two-echelon inventory control model for repairable spare parts is built upon the Metric model. In terms of algorithmic solution, a multi-population genetic algorithm is designed to solve for order quantities and reorder points. Using enterprise data for case analysis, the established inventory model is compared with traditional inventory models to verify its effectiveness. The results analysis indicate that the constructed inventory optimization model can reduce inventory costs by 48% while maintaining the service level, providing decision support for inventory management of repairable spare parts in large-scale manufacturing enterprises.
