【摘要】 慢性萎缩性胃炎（CAG）是胃癌前病变过程中重要的一环，在治疗方面一直以来都存在难以逆转萎缩进程、如何防止胃黏膜癌变等问题。祖国医学基于“标本兼治、扶正祛邪”的理念，在治疗CAG方面具有独特的优势。田耀洲教授经过长期实践，总结出CAG的病位在脾胃，病性属本虚标实，以脾胃气虚为本，湿瘀互结为标，常兼有气滞、湿热、寒湿、阴伤等证候，治当“益气运脾、祛湿通络”。田耀洲教授根据中医理论结合临床经验，自拟石丹方治疗CAG，能有效改善患者临床症状，防止胃黏膜癌变，逆转胃黏膜萎缩。因此，本文探讨CAG的中医病因病机、治法治则，并总结田耀洲教授运用石丹方治疗气虚湿瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎的相关经验，以期为临床辨治CAG提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) represents a critical stage in the precancerous progression of gastric cancer. Its treatment faced challenges such as the difficulty in reversing the atrophic process and preventing gastric mucosal carcinogenesis. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), grounded in the principles of "treating both root and branch while reinforcing the healthy forces and eliminating the pathogenic factors," has demonstrated distinct advantages in treating CAG. Through extensive clinical practice, Professor Tian Yaozhou has concluded that the pathological location of CAG resides in the spleen and stomach, its nature is characterized by a deficiency in the Root(Ben Xu) and excess in the Manifestation(Biao Shi), with spleen-stomach qi deficiency as the fundamental deficiency and intertwined dampness-blood stasis as the superficial excess. It is often complicated by additional patterns such as qi stagnation, damp-heat, cold-dampness and yin deficiency. The treatment principle should focus on "supplementing Qi to invigorate the spleen, dispelling dampness, and unblocking collaterals". Based on TCM theory and clinical experience, Professor Tian Yaozhou formulated the Shi Dan Fang to treat CAG, which has demonstrated efficacy in improving patients’ clinical symptoms, preventing gastric mucosal carcinogenesis and reversing gastric mucosal atrophy. Therefore, this paper will explore the TCM etiology, pathogenesis, treatment principles, and methods for CAG, and summarize Professor Tian Yaozhou’s experience in applying the Shi Dan Fang to treat CAG of the qi deficiency with dampness-stasis pattern, aiming to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of CAG.更多还原
