【摘要】 目的 探讨风油精口腔护理联合神经肌肉电刺激对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能改善、口腔舒适度、胃管拔除率、并发症发生率的影响。方法 采用随机抽样法，选择2022年2月至2023年2月滨州医学院附属医院神经内科接受治疗的124例脑卒中后出现吞咽障碍的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数表法分为试验组和对照组，每组各62例。试验组在神经内科常规护理基础上采用风油精口腔护理液进行口腔护理并联合神经肌肉电刺激，对照组采用神经内科常规护理，包括吞咽功能基本训练、营养支持、口腔护理及神经肌肉电刺激治疗。干预2周后采用洼田饮水试验评价患者吞咽障碍改善情况，并对患者口腔舒适度、患者胃管拔除情况及并发症发生率进行评价。结果 试验组患者吞咽障碍改善情况、口腔舒适度及胃管拔除率均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者并发症发生率差异无统计学意义（P > 0.05）。结论 风油精口腔护理联合神经肌肉电刺激能使患者的吞咽障碍得到改善，加快患者的胃管拔除，增加患者口腔舒适度，提高患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of wind oil essence oral care combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on improving swallowing function, oral comfort, gastric tube withdrawal rate, and complication rate in patients with dysphagia after stroke. Methods A total of 124 patients with dysphagia after stroke who were receiving treatment in the Neurology Department of a Affiliated Hospital of Binzhou Medical College from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group by random number table method. The experimental group received routine care in the neurology department and wind oil essence oral care solution for oral care combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation. The control group received routine care in the neurology department, including basic training in swallowing function, nutritional support, oral care, and neuromuscular electrical stimulation treatment. The improvement of swallowing function in patients was evaluated by frog field drinking test two weeks after intervention. The oral comfort of patients and the rate of gastric tube withdrawal were evaluated. The incidence of complications was also evaluated. Results The improvement of swallowing function, oral comfort, and gastric tube withdrawal rate in the experimental group were all better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Wind oil essence oral care combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation can improve the swallowing function of patients, accelerate the withdrawal of gastric tubes, increase the oral comfort of patients, and improve their quality of life.更多还原
