【摘要】 目的 探讨医护麻一体化延续护理管理在晚期上皮性卵巢癌治疗康复及血清CA125消除速率常数K(KELIM)值预后评估中的应用研究。方法 筛选临沂市肿瘤医院2023年12月至2024年9月初始收治的经手术病理确诊的上皮性晚期卵巢癌患者，使用随机数表法分为观察组（49例）和对照组（49例），两组均进行规范的最大限度的卵巢癌肿瘤细胞减灭术加静脉化疗，手术前初始化疗后均检测至少3次CA125。治疗期间给予两组患者整体护理，观察组加用医护麻一体化延续护理管理。对比两组在治疗康复期间的负性情绪评价、睡眠质量评分、KELIM值、生存质量评价以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组在治疗康复期间的负性情绪评价、KELIM值、生存质量评价、睡眠质量评分以及不良反应发生情况均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在晚期上皮性卵巢癌治疗康复及KELIM值预后评估中运用医护麻一体化延续护理管理有应用价值，可以减轻负性情绪，提升生存质量，提高睡眠质量，减轻并发症发生，有助于提升治疗敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of medical care and anesthesia integrated extended care management in the treatment and rehabilitation of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer and the prognostic assessment of serum CA125 elimination rate constant K(KELIM) value. Methods Patients with advanced epithelial ovarian cancer initially admitted to Linyi Cancer Hospital from December 2023 to September 2024 and diagnosed by surgery and pathology were selected and included into observation group(49 cases) and control group(49 cases) using a random number table. Both groups received standard maximum reduction of ovarian cancer tumor cells plus intravenous chemotherapy. CA125 was detected at least three times after initial chemotherapy before surgery. During the treatment period, two groups of patients were given holistic nursing, while the observation group received integrated medical anesthesia and continued nursing management. The negative emotion evaluation, sleep quality score, KELIM value, quality of life evaluation, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups during treatment and rehabilitation. Results The negative emotion evaluation, KELIM value, quality of life evaluation, sleep quality score and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the treatment and rehabilitation of advanced epithelial ovarian cancer and the prognosis assessment of KELIM value, the use of integrated nursing management of medical and anesthesia has application value, which can alleviate negative emotions, improve quality of life, improve sleep quality, and reduce complications.更多还原
