【Abstract】 Scientific clinical thinking is the basis to improve the level of clinical decision-making and plays an important role in the clinical practice ability of surgeons.How to train the clinical thinking ability of surgeons systematically and effectively is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the author’s clinical teaching experience，training experience of Shandong University Qilu Hospita and relevant literature at home and abroad，this paper expounds how to strengthen clinical thinking ability of surgeons from the aspects of the particularity of surgical clinical thinking，the training content and skills of surgical clinical thinking，and provides ideas and feasible methods for training qualified surgeons更多还原
