【摘要】 数字化技术与医学教育的深度融合促使新形态教材的产生，如何高效系统地引导其建设和使用是教学改革的重要方向之一。本研究以高等教育出版社出版的《病理学》(第4版)新形态教材在病理学课程中的使用情况为研究对象，通过问卷调查、学习行为数据分析和成绩对比等方法，评估新形态教材在中山大学病理学课程中的实际教学效果，并结合学生的使用情况进行系统性分析。结果显示：①学生偏好使用直观性数字资源“显微镜下”和“大体标本”图片的关注度分别为88.10%、66.67%，使用率分别约为83.33%、69.05%，且“二维码扫描”引导观察资源方式在提升学习体验和促进学习方面具有巨大潜力；②章节难度及其数字资源使用率之间并不完全呈正相关关系，提示应根据章节特点进行区别性调整。新形态教材中的可视化资源可促进学习体验，还能提升教学效果，但在实际教学工作中需进一步优化交互性设计、强化教师引导，针对章节特点开发精准化资源适配，为培养创新型医学人才提供可持续支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 The integration of digital innovations and medical education promotes the emergence and application of new-form college textbooks.Systematically guiding the development and implementation of new-form college textbooks represents a critical pathway for educational reform.To investigate the instructional efficacy of the new form textbook,we applied Pathology (4th Edition,Higher Education Press) to the curriculum of pathology at Sun Yat-sen University.This study collected questionnaire surveys,learning behavior data,and performance assessments from clinical medical students,and empirically analyzed the digital resource utilization patterns,chapter-specific learning challenges,and their correlations with digital resource engagement.The results show that:①Students shown significant preferences for visual digital resources,with microscopic imaging (88.10% attention rate,83.33% usage frequency) and anatomical specimens photography(66.67% attention rate,69.05% usage frequency),and students’ autonomous learning ability and learning experience has been significantly enhanced by the guides of QR code-based resource.②Chapter difficulty does not correlate directly with resource usage,suggesting that resource design requires customizability differentiated optimization according to specific characteristics of different chapters.In summary,new-form college textbooks of Pathology not only promote the learning experience and autonomous learning ability of students but also improve the classroom teaching effect.The utilization of new-format college textbooks has demonstrated significant positive effects on students’ learning outcomes.These textbooks enhance teaching effectiveness by strengthening visualized resources.To further optimize teaching practices,a few improvements are recommended,including refinement of interactive design,strengthening of instructor guidance,precision of resource alignment by developing chapter-specific modular content.These actions are key to nurturing innovative medical talents capable of integrating theoretical knowledge with practical competencies.更多还原
