【摘要】 本文从医学教育改革代际跨越与融通的视角，回顾了四川大学八年制临床医学专业教育(以下简称“八年制医学教育”)二十年的探索与实践。四川大学自2004年获教育部批准试办八年制医学教育以来，经历了从第二代到第四代医学教育改革的跨越与融通。学校通过开展课程整合、以问题为基础的学习等措施，全力追赶第二代医学教育改革；同时提前布局第三代医学教育改革，以胜任力为导向、在卫生系统中培养医学人才，强调学生领导力的培养和信息技术的教育应用；主动拥抱第四代医学教育改革，实践以健康促进为中心、跨学科交叉融合和人工智能赋能为主要特征的医学教育新范式，推动八年制医学教育紧贴前沿、持续发展。二十年来，四川大学八年制医学教育改革取得了显著成果，获得多项国家级教学成果奖，培养了一大批卓越医学创新人才；本文对相关经验的总结与反思，为今天找准当代医学教育改革与发展的前进道路提供了有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reviews the 20-year exploration and practice of the eight-year medical education program in Sichuan University from the perspective of intergenerational leap and integration in medical education reform.Since Sichuan University was approved by the Ministry of Education to pilot the eight-year medical education program in 2004,it has experienced the leap and integration from the second to the fourth generation of medical education reform.The university has vigorously pursued the second generation of medical education reform through measures such as curriculum integration and problem-based learning.It has also laid out the third generation of medical education reform in advance,implementing competency-oriented medical education,focusing on cultivating medical students within the health system,emphasizing the cultivation of students’ leadership,and application of information technology in medical education.The university has actively embraced the fourth generation of medical education reform,practicing the new paradigm of medical education characterized by health promotion,interdisciplinary integration,and empowerment by artificial intelligence,promoting the eight-year medical education program to keep pace with the frontier and continue to develop.Over the past 20 years,the reform of Sichuan University’s eight-year medical education program has achieved significant results,winning several national teaching achievement awards and training a large number of outstanding medical innovative talents.The summary and reflection of relevant experiences in this article provides valuable references for identifying the path forward for contemporary medical education reform and development.更多还原
