【Abstract】 Chinese medicines analysis is a required subject for Chinese medicine majors，and is also one of the core theoretical courses in the “101 Plan” for Chinese Materia Medica.Focused on the guiding principles and construction goals of the “101 Plan” for Chinese Materia Medica，this paper provided a detailed introduction to the construction of the core course and textbook for Chinese medicines analysis，and demonstrated its effectiveness.On this basis，this paper explored how to enhance students’ academic literacy and innovative capabilities through educational reforms，and looked forward to the future development direction of discipline construction.The related insights and practical experiences would provide valuable references for cultivating top-notch innovative talents who can adapt to national strategic needs，lead the technological innovation and industrial development of Chinese Materia Medica.更多还原
