基于合作博弈和改进属性数学的新型配电系统运行状态评估方法

【摘要】 现阶段随着配电网中分布式电源、电动汽车等接入规模逐渐扩大,配电网的运行状态变得越来越复杂多变。为了准确判断配电网运行状态,及时发现配电网的故障缺陷并制定合理的管控措施,提出一种基于合作博弈和改进属性数学的新型配电系统运行状态评估方法。首先根据新型配电系统运行特点,从安全性、可靠性、优质性、经济性、灵活性和环保性6个维度构建运行状态评估体系,并采用合作博弈法对构建的评估体系组合赋权。然后,建立改进的属性数学评估模型,结合最大熵原理计算多指标属性测度,引入评估分数,根据配电网有效隶属度信息构建状态等级区间取值范围,量化评估等级,弥补原有判据缺陷。最后,以某实际配电网为例进行适应性分析,验证所提方法能够充分利用数据信息,获得准确、全面的新型配电系统运行状态分级评估结果,为电网运维人员提供辅助支持。

【Abstract】 At present, with the gradual expansion of the access scale of distributed power supplies and electric vehicles in the distribution network, the operation state of the distribution network has become more and more complex and changeable. To accurately judge the operating state of the power distribution network, timely discover the fault defects of power distribution network,and formulate reasonable management and control measures, a new operating state evaluation method based on cooperative game and improved attribute mathematics is proposed. Firstly, according to the operation characteristics of the new distribution network,the operation state evaluation system is constructed from six dimensions of security, reliability, quality, economy, flexibility, and environmental protection, and the evaluation system is combined and weighted by the cooperative game method. Then, an improved attribute mathematics evaluation model is established, multi-index attribute measurement is calculated based on the maximum entropy principle, evaluation scores are introduced, and the value range of state grade interval is constructed according to the effective membership information of the power distribution network, and the evaluation level is quantified to make up for the defects of the original criterion. Finally, taking a real power distribution network as an example, the adaptability analysis is carried out to verify that the proposed method can make full use of the data information and obtain accurate and comprehensive evaluation results of the running state of the new power distribution network, which can provide auxiliary support for power grid operation and maintenance personnel.
