无磷型多胺成膜剂在催化裂化装置的工业应用研究
Industrial application research of phosphorus-free polyamine film formers in catalytic cracking units
【摘要】 针对传统磷酸盐工艺存在的结垢及环保问题,开发无磷型多胺成膜剂用于催化裂化装置余热锅炉中。借助成膜机制,协同分散剂与碱化胺的功能,达成水汽系统的高效防护。工业试验显示,该技术在优化炉水处理工艺的同时,确保了系统安全稳定运行,降低锅炉排污率,提升炉水与蒸汽品质。经核算,每年可节约除盐水39 153 t,折合标煤1 712 t,实现净效益151.95万元/年。这一成果验证了该技术无磷化、低排污的工程适用性,为炼化装置提供高效环保的水处理解决方案。
【Abstract】 In response to the scaling and environmental protection issues existing in the traditional phosphate process, a phosphorus-free polyamine film-forming agent was developed for use in the waste heat boiler of the catalytic cracking unit.By means of the film-forming mechanism and in coordination with the functions of the dispersant and the alkalized amine, efficient protection of the water vapor system is achieved.Industrial tests have shown that this technology not only optimizes the boiler water treatment process but also ensures the safe and stable operation of the system, reduces the boiler blowdown rate, and improves the quality of boiler water and steam.After calculation, 39 153 t of desalinated water can be saved annually, equivalent to 1 712 t of standard coal, achieving a net benefit of 1.519 5 million yuan per year.This achievement has verified the engineering applicability of this technology, which is free of phosphating and has low pollutant emissions, providing an efficient and environmentally friendly water treatment solution for refining and chemical plants.
