金花茶化学成分及生物活性研究进展

【摘要】 金花茶是山茶科山茶属常绿灌木,为广西优势植物资源。近年来,研究者对金花茶的化学成分和生物活性开展了相关研究,结果表明,金花茶中含有黄酮类、苯丙素类、甾类和萜类等化学成分,具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抑菌、降血糖和血脂、抗抑郁和抗炎等生物活性。文章归纳总结了金花茶化学成分和生物活性的研究进展,为后续金花茶的深入研究提供参考和借鉴;同时指出目前金花茶药理作用的物质基础和作用机制研究还不够深入,建议系统性研究其化学成分的生物活性及相关的作用机制,为金花茶的深加工和新药开发提供参考,同时也为进一步深入开发利用金花茶资源提供科学依据,进而推动广西金花茶种植业和相关天然产物资源的发展。

【Abstract】 Golden flower tea(Camellia petelotii) belongs to the genus Camellia of the family Theaceae and is a evergreen shrub. It is an advantageous plant resource in Guangxi. In recent years, researchers have conducted relevant studies on the chemical components and biological activities of(Camellia petelotii). The results showed that(Camellia petelotii) contained chemical components such as flavonoids,phenylpropanoids, steroids and terpenoids, and had biological activities such as antioxidation, antitumor, antibacterial, hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic, antidepressant and anti-inflammatory. This article summarizes the research progress on the chemical composition and biological activities of golden flower tea,providing references and inspirations for the subsequent in-depth study of golden flower tea. It is pointed out that the current research on the pharmacological action substances and mechanisms of golden flower tea is not deep enough. It is suggested to conduct systematic research on the biological activities and related mechanisms of chemical components in golden flower tea, providing references for the deep processing and new drug development of golden flower tea. At the same time, it also provides scientific basis for further indepth development and utilization of golden flower tea resources, thereby promoting the development of golden flower tea planting industry and related natural product resources in Guangxi.
