【摘要】 嵌合抗原受体T(CAR-T)细胞疗法是一种基因工程介导的免疫细胞疗法,通过工程化改造患者自己的T细胞使其选择性地靶向杀伤肿瘤细胞,近年来其在肿瘤治疗方面取得了显著成效,其应用逐渐拓展到自身免疫性疾病等非肿瘤领域,且已表现出极大的发展潜力。本文概述CAR-T疗法治疗自身免疫性疾病的优势及在系统性红斑狼疮等自身免疫性疾病中的临床应用及疗效,未来该疗法的发展将致力于持续评估疗效和风险、探索其他治疗靶点、降低治疗成本,惠及更多患者。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell(CAR-T) therapy is a genetic engineering-mediated immune cell therapy that selectively targets and kills diseased cells by reprogramming a patient’s own T cells.In recent years,it has achieved remarkable success in oncology,and its application has gradually expanded into non-tumor fields such as autoimmune diseases,demonstrating substantial development potential.This paper reviews the advantages of CAR-T therapy for treating autoimmune diseases and summarizes its clinical applications and efficacy in conditions such as systemic lupus erythematosus.Future development of this therapy should focus on continuous evaluation of efficacy and risk,exploration of additional therapeutic targets,and reduction of treatment costs to benefit more patients.更多还原
