【Abstract】 There is a lack of effective treatment methods for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in clinical practice. Berberine is a non alkaline, quaternized benzylisoquinoline alkaloid with various pharmacological activities, and can alleviate myocardial ischemiareperfusion injury by inhibiting cell apoptosis, suppressing inflammatory response, inhibiting oxidative stress, and regulating autophagy. This article reviews the research progress on the protective effect of berberine on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,providing reference for the development of therapeutic drugs for myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.更多还原
