【摘要】 目的 探究眼动脱敏与再加工（Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing,EMDR对伴有非自杀性自伤（Non-Suicidal Self-Injury,NSSI）行为青少年抑郁症的干预效果。方法 选取2020年6月～2021年9月我院收治的120例伴NSSI青少年抑郁症患者，根据治疗方案不同分成舍曲林组（58例，采用舍曲林治疗），联合组（62例，采用舍曲林联合EMDR治疗）。比较两组患者不同时间段的干预效果。结果 联合组的临床有效率高于舍曲林组（P<0.05）；两组青少年非自杀性自伤行为评定问卷、汉密尔顿抑郁量表、青少年生活事件量表、汉密尔顿焦虑量表评分比较：治疗前>治疗2周后>治疗4周后>治疗6周后，联合组<舍曲林组（P<0.05）。两组简易应对方式问卷评分、青少年社会支持量表评分比较：治疗前<治疗2周后<治疗4周后<治疗6周，联合组>舍曲林组（P<0.05）。结论 舍曲林联合EMDR治疗可以促进患者心理状态改善，减轻NSSI严重程度，且不增加药物副反应的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate how EMDR-eye movement desensitization and reprocessing-affects teenage depression and non-suicidal self-injury(NSSI). Methods 120 cases of adolescent depression with NSSI behaviors admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to September 2021 were selected and divided into the sertraline group(58 cases,treated with sertraline),and the combination group(62 cases,treated with sertraline in combination with EMDR)according to the treatment regimen. Comparison of the effectiveness of the intervention in the two groups of patients at different time intervals. Results The combination group’s clinical effective rate was higher than the sertraline group’s(P<0.05). Comparison of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale scores,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List scores and Adolescent Non-Suicidal Self-Injury Questionnaire scores between the two groups :pretreatment > after 2 weeks of treatment > after 4 weeks of treatment > after 6 weeks of treatment,combination group < sertraline group(P<0.05). Comparison of Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire score and Chinese Adolescent Social Support Scale score between the two groups :pre-treatment < after 2 weeks of treatment < after 4 weeks of treatment < after 6 weeks of treatment,combination group > sertraline group(P<0.05). Conclusion Combined sertraline and EMDR therapy effectively improves psychological symptoms and reduces NSSI severity without increasing adverse effects.更多还原
