【摘要】 目的 探讨重复使用输尿管软镜和一次性使用输尿管软镜的科学配置。方法 从购置环节、维保售后、清洗消毒等环节入手，在全生命周期使用管理中结合成本效益进行分析。结果 重复使用的输尿管软镜购置、维修成本高，清洗消毒耗费人力，交叉感染风险大。一次性使用的输尿管软镜单次使用成本低，无维修消毒成本支出，但成像清晰度有待提高，应用场景需进一步拓展。结论 推荐三级医疗机构在碎石、传染性疾病诊疗中配置一次性使用输尿管软镜。建议二级及基层医疗机构广泛配置一次性使用输尿管软镜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the scientific configuration of reusable flexible ureteroscope and disposable flexible ureteroscope. Methods From the aspects of purchase, maintenance and after-sales, cleaning and disinfection, the cost-benefit analysis was carried out in the whole life cycle management. Results The reusable flexible ureteroscope was expensive to purchase and maintain, and the cleaning and disinfection cost manpower, and the risk of cross-infection was high. The disposable flexible ureteroscope had low cost for a single use and no maintenance and disinfection cost. However, the image clarity needs to be improved, and the application scenarios need to be further expanded. Conclusion It is recommended that tertiary medical institutions should be equipped with disposable flexible ureteroscope in the diagnosis and treatment of lithotripsy and infectious diseases. It is suggested that secondary and primary medical institutions should be widely equipped with disposable flexible ureteroscope.更多还原
