【摘要】 目的 构建医院科室核心组落实“三重一大”制度的评价量表，了解制度执行情况，为个性化建议提供依据。方法 采用自行设计问卷对某医院186名科室核心组成员进行问卷调查，分析评价结果。结果 量表内部一致性系数为0.974，经探索性因子分析，提取出3个公因子的累计贡献率为85.430%，命名为科室自身建设、监督与评价、项目论证，党支部参与程度一般的科室的得分相对较低(p<0.05)。结论 医院总体情况良好，党支部书记参与有利于科室“三重一大”制度落实，建议加强党支部建设，完善制度规定，建立“督帮考”体系，推进科室更好落实改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To construct an evaluation scale for the implementation of the"3+1 Important Issues"system in the core group of hospital departments,to understand the implementation of the system,and to provide a basis for personalized suggestions.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 186 members of the core group in a hospital,and the results were analyzed.Results The internal consistency coefficient of the scale was 0.974,and after exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative contribution of the three male factors was extracted as 85.430%,named as departmental self-construction,supervision and evaluation,and project validation,and the scores of the departments with a general degree of participation of the party branch were relatively low (p<0.05).Conclusion The overall situation of the hospital is good,and the participation of party branch secretaries is conducive to the implementation of the 3+1 important issues’system of the department,and it is recommended to strengthen the construction of the party branch,improve the system regulations,and establish a system of’supervision,help and examination’to promote the better implementation of the improvement of the department.更多还原
