【摘要】 目的 应用计划行为理论分析低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务意愿与行为的现状及影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样，于2022年5-11月，选取486例苏州市常住低龄老年人为研究对象，使用基于计划行为理论编制的问卷进行调查，采用结构方程模型进行路径分析。结果 低龄老年人参与志愿养老服务意愿与行为问卷各维度均分分别是态度（3.82±0.55）分、知觉行为控制（3.19±0.56）分、意愿（3.06±0.85）分、主观规范（2.48±0.80）分、行为（1.47±0.86）分。低龄老年人的态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制均对意愿存在显著的正向影响（P<0.05），路径系数分别是0.367、0.104、0.508；主观规范、知觉行为控制对行为存在显著正向影响（P<0.05），路径系数分别是0.491、0.202。结论 主观规范和知觉行为控制在低龄老年人志愿养老服务的意愿与行为中发挥重要作用。建议通过社区宣传推广志愿养老服务，提高志愿服务氛围；同时普及老年照护的相关知识、加强培训，完善志愿服务流程及法律法规，使低龄老年人认识到志愿行为的可行性和可靠性，以促进志愿养老服务在我国的开展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the current situation and factors influencing the willingness and behavior of young-old’s participation in voluntary care services,using the planned behavior theory.Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 486 cases of the young-old in Suzhou,Jiangsu province,from May to November2022.Investigation was conducted using aquestionnaire developed based on the planned behavior theory.Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data.Results The mean scores for each dimension of the questionnaire were attitude(3.82± 0.55),perceived behavioral control(3.19 ± 0.56),willingness(3.06 ± 0.85),subjective norm(2.48 ± 0.80),and behavior(1.47 ± 0.86).There was a significant positive effect of attitude,subjective norm,and perceived behavioral control on willingness(P<0.05)with path coefficients of 0.367,0.104,and 0.508,there was a significant positive effect of subjective norm and perceived behavioral control on behavior(P<0.05)with path coefficients of 0.491 and 0.202.Conclusion Subjective norms and perceived behavioral control play an important role in the willingness and behavior of the young-old’s participation in voluntary care services.Voluntary elderly services through community should be taken seriously to enhance the atmosphere of volunteerism.Meanwhile,measures like popularizing knowledge about elderly care,strengthening training,and improving the process of volunteering and the laws and regulations deserve attention to enable the young-old to realize the feasibility and reliability of volunteerism will help promote voluntary elderly care services in China.更多还原
