【摘要】 目的 分析《武汉市控制吸烟条例》实施前后15岁及以上人群对二手烟暴露危害认知的变化及其影响因素，为开展控烟健康教育提供理论依据。方法 2019年和2022年采用多阶段随机抽样方法抽取武汉市15岁及以上的常住居民进行问卷调查，分别回收有效问卷2 551和2 673份，使用SPSS 22.0及SAS 9.4软件进行数据清洗、赋值和分析，采用Logistic回归模型分析居民二手烟危害知晓率的影响因素。结果 2019年和2022年居民二手烟危害知晓率分别为60.75%和66.12%。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、教育水平、职业、吸烟状况、二手烟暴露、控烟信息以及烟草广告是居民二手烟危害知晓率的影响因素。结论 《武汉市控制吸烟条例》实施后，15岁及以上人群对二手烟暴露危害的认知有所提高，但农民、低文化水平等重点人群的控烟宣传仍需加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the changes in the perception of secondhand smoke exposure and its influencing factors in the population aged 15 and above before and after the implementation of Wuhan Regulations on Smoking Control,and to provide a theoretical basis for the development of tobacco control health education.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in 2019 and 2022 using a multi-stage random sampling method for permanent residents aged 15 years and above in Wuhan.A total of 2 551 and 2 673 valid questionnaires were recovered,respectively.The data were cleaned,assigned and analyzed using SPSS 22.0 and SAS 9.4 software.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of residents’ awareness of secondhand smoke hazards.Results The awareness rates of the hazards of secondhand smoke among residents in 2019 and 2022 were 60.75%and 66.12%,respectively.Multivariable Logistic regression analysis revealed that age,educational level,occupation,smoking status,secondhand smoke exposure,tobacco control information exposure,and tobacco advertising were significant influencing factors of residents’ awareness regarding the harms of secondhand smoke.Conclusion After the implementation of the regulations,awareness of the harms of exposure to second-hand smoke has increased among people aged 15 years and above,but tobacco control campaigns for key populations,such as farmers and those with low literacy levels,still need to be strengthened.更多还原
