骨质疏松症相关MRI定量技术的研究进展
Research progress on MRI quantitative techniques in osteoporosis
【摘要】 骨质疏松症(OP)的早期筛查和监测是预防脆性骨折发生的关键。水脂分离成像(IDEAL-IQ、3D mDixon Quant)、椎体骨质量(VBQ)评分、超短回波时间(UTE)、高分辨MRI(HR-MRI)、体素内不相干运动(IVIM)、动态增强MRI(DCE-MRI)和磁共振集合序列等多种MRI定量技术在评估OP病人骨髓脂-水组成、骨小梁微结构、骨髓微循环灌注及生物物理特性方面均具有较好的效能。就以上MRI定量技术在OP中的研究进展予以综述。
【Abstract】 Early screening and monitoring of osteoporosis(OP) are key to preventing fragility fractures. Various MRI quantitative techniques, including water-fat separation imaging(IDEAL-IQ, 3D m Dixon Quant), vertebral bone quality(VBQ) scoring, ultrashort echo time(UTE), high-resolution MRI(HR-MRI), intravoxel incoherent motion(IVIM), dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(DCE-MRI), and magnetic resonance ensemble sequences, have demonstrated high efficacy in quantitatively evaluating bone marrow fat-water composition, trabecular microstructure, bone marrow microcirculatory perfusion, and biophysical properties in OP patients. This review summarizes the research progress of the these MRI quantitative techniques in OP assessment.
