【摘要】 采用文献整理研究方法对近十年左金丸治疗胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD）的相关文献进行检索、分析、总结，发现左金丸治疗GERD效果显著，其机制为左金丸清肝泻火、降逆止呕的功效符合GERD清肝泻火、疏肝理气、和胃降逆的治疗大法，并且具有兴奋食管下段括约肌、抑制炎症免疫反应、抑制胃酸和胃蛋白酶等作用机理。更多还原
