沙米茎秆和沙米全粉饼干对肥胖模型大鼠的减肥效果研究
Study on the weight loss effect of Agriophyllum Squarrosum stem and whole powder biscuits on obese model rats
【摘要】 目的 评价沙米茎秆和沙米全粉饼干对肥胖模型大鼠的减肥效果。方法 以高脂饲料喂饲SD大鼠,建立大鼠肥胖模型。将实验大鼠随机分为空白对照组、模型对照组、燕麦魔芋组、沙米全粉组、沙米茎秆组5组,每组8只。空白对照组予维持饲料喂饲,其余4组分别予高脂饲料、燕麦魔芋饼干、沙米全粉饼干、沙米茎秆饼干与维持饲料混合制备的饲料喂饲。测量、计算大鼠体质量、颈围、腰围、Lee’s指数、脂体比、肝脏指数;酶法测定大鼠血清甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;HE染色,镜下观察大鼠肝、肾组织病理变化。结果 高脂饲料喂饲至第5周,与空白对照组比较,各造模组大鼠体质量增长率明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验第5,15周,与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠TC、LDL-C水平明显升高,HDL-C水平明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验第15周,沙米茎秆组大鼠TC、LDL-C水平明显低于模型对照组及沙米全粉组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与空白对照组比较,模型对照组大鼠的颈围和腰围明显增大,Lee’s指数及脂体比明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,沙米全粉组、沙米茎秆组、燕麦魔芋组大鼠的颈围和腰围无明显变化,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但沙米茎秆组大鼠Lee’s指数与脂体比明显低于模型对照组及沙米全粉组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。沙米茎秆组大鼠肝脏脂肪病变程度较模型对照组轻。结论 沙米茎秆饼干具有一定的减肥、保肝和调脂作用,而沙米全粉饼干不具有减肥作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the weight loss effects of Agriophyllum squarrosum stem and whole powder biscuits on obese model rats.Methods High-fat diet was used to feed SD rats to establish the rat obesity model.The experimental rats were randomly divided into five groups: blank control group, model control group, oat konjac group, Agriophyllum squarrosum whole powder group, and Agriophyllum squarrosum stem group, with 8 rats in each group.The blank control group was fed with maintenance diet, while the other four groups were fed with high-fat diet, oat konjac biscuits, whole powder biscuits of Agriophyllum squarrosum,and stem biscuits of Agriophyllum squarrosum mixed with maintenance diet.The body weight, neck circumference, waist circumference, Lee’s index, fat-to-body ratio, and liver index of the rats were measured and calculated.The levels of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in the serum of the rats were determined by enzymatic method.HE staining was used to observe the pathological changes of liver and kidney tissues under a microscope.Results By the fifth week of administering a high-fat diet, the body weight growth rate of rats in each model group exhibited a notable increase compared to the blank control group, with these differences being statistically significant(P<0.05). At both the fifth and fifteenth weeks of the experiment, the mo-del control group demonstrated marked elevations in TC and LDL-C levels, along with a significant reduction in HDL-C levels, compared to the blank control group.These disparities were statistically significant(P<0.05).At the fifteenth week, the Agriophyllum squarrosum stem group exhibited significantly lower TC and LDL-C levels than both the model control group and the Agriophyllum squarrosum whole powder group, with these differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).When compared to the blank control group, the model control group showed substantial increases in neck and waist circumference, as well as elevated Lee’s index and fat-to-body ratio, with all these changes being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conversely, the Agriophyllum squarrosum whole powder group, the Agriophyllum squarrosum stem group, and the oat konjac group did not demonstrate significant changes in neck or waist circumference compared to the model control group, with these differences being non-significant(P>0.05).However, the Agriophyllum squarrosum stem group exhibited significantly lower Lee’s index and fat-to-body ratio than both the model control group and the Agriophyllum squarrosum whole powder group, with these differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The extent of liver fatty lesions was less severe in the Agriophyllum squarrosum stem group compared to the model control group.Conclusion The biscuits made from the stem of Agriophyllum squarrosum have certain effects on weight loss, liver protection, and lipid regulation, while the biscuits made from the whole powder of Agriophyllum squarrosum do not have a weight loss effect.
