微生物有机肥对连作马铃薯生长和抗逆生理的影响
Effect of microbial organic fertilizer on the growth and physiological stress-resistance of continuously-cropped potato
【摘要】 【目的】研究不同微生物有机肥对连作马铃薯农艺性状、植株抗逆生理及根系形态的影响。【方法】通过盆栽试验,设置5个处理(对照:CK,有机肥:F,细菌有机肥:BF,真菌有机肥:FF,细菌+真菌复合微生物有机肥:B-FF)研究微生物有机肥对马铃薯的农艺性状、叶绿素含量(SPAD值)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)、POD(过氧化物酶)、CAT(过氧化氢酶)、MDA(丙二醛)和根系形态的影响。【结果】B-FF处理显著促进了马铃薯地上部干质量的增加(P≤0.05),相较于CK增加8.38%;BF、FF和B-FF处理的SPAD值显著高于CK和F;B-FF处理的SOD、CAT和POD酶活均显著高于其他处理,较CK分别增加48.63%、25.20%和21.43%;B-FF、FF、BF处理显著降低了MDA含量,较CK分别降低7.83%、6.73%和5.62%;B-FF、FF、BF处理的马铃薯根表面积和根尖数显著高于CK和F处理。【结论】微生物有机肥显著促进了马铃薯地上部干质量和SPAD值的增加,提高了马铃薯的根表面积和根尖数,改善了植株抗逆生理,B-FF处理效果最好。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 The study aimed to explore the effect of different microbial organic fertilizers on growth characters,physiological stress-resistance and root morphology of continuously cropped potato.【Method】 Five treatments were set up in pot experiment as follows: control,CK;organic fertilizer,F;bacterial organic fertilizer,BF;fungal organic fertilizer,FF;bacterial + fungal compound microbial organic fertilizer,B-FF. The effect of microbial organic fertilizer on agronomic characters,chlorophyll content(SPAD value),SOD(superoxide dismutase),POD(peroxidase),CAT(catalase),MDA(malondialdehyde) and root morphology of potato were determined.【Result】 B-FF treatment significantly increased the above-ground dry weight of potato,which was 8. 38% higher than that of CK. The SPAD values of BF,FF and B-FF were significantly higher than those of CK and F. The SOD,CAT and POD enzyme activities of B-FF treatment were significantly higher than those of other treatments,which increased by 48. 63%,25. 20% and 21. 43% compared to CK,respectively. Compared with CK,the treatments B-FF、FF、BF significantly decreased MDA content,which decreased by 7. 83%,6. 73% and 5. 62%,respectively. The root surface area and root tip number of potato treated with B-FF、FF、BF were all significantly higher than those of CK and F.【Conclusion】 Microbial organic fertilizer significantly promoted the above-ground dry weight and chlorophyll SPAD value of potato,increased the root surface area and root tip number,and improved stressresistance physiology of the plant,in which the treatment B-FF had the best effect.
