玉米种带优势镰孢菌Fusarium proliferatum的生防细菌筛选及其防治效果

【摘要】 【目的】探究不同生防菌对玉米种带优势镰孢菌的抑制效果,为微生物农药的开发及种传病害绿色防控提供科学依据。【方法】采用平板对峙法筛选出抑菌效果较好的生防菌株,通过发芽试验和盆栽试验研究其对玉米苗期镰孢菌病害的防治效果。【结果】10个供试细菌菌株对F. proliferatum均具有一定拮抗作用,而且不同菌株之间的抑菌效果存在明显差异(P<0.05),其中,萎缩芽孢杆菌(Bacillus atrophaeus)和矮小芽孢杆菌(B. pumilus)的抑菌效果最好,其抑菌率均大于64%;发芽试验结果显示,上述2个生防菌株处理后玉米种子的发芽率、发芽势和活力指数均显著高于对照(P<0.05),其中萎缩芽孢杆菌处理后种子的发芽率和发芽势达最高,均在70%以上。盆栽试验表明,防治效果最好的是B. atrophaeus,其防效可达61.72%。【结论】B. atrophaeus不仅能有效控制镰孢菌引起的苗期病害,还可促进玉米种子萌发,具有较好的研发应用前景。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The study aimed to explore the inhibitory effect of different biocontrol bacteria on maize seed-borne Fusarium proliferatum,providing a scientific basis for developing microbial fungiicides in prevention and control of seed-borne Fusarium diseases.【Method】 The biocontrol bacteria strains with good inhibitory effect were screened by plate confrontation method,and their control effects on F. proliferatum disease in maize seedings were studied by germination test and pot experiment.【Result】 It was showed that ten bacteria strains all exerted an antagonism to F. proliferatum with a significantly different inhibitory effect(P<0. 05),among which Bacillus atrophaeus and B. pumilus had the best inhibitory effect,with an inhibition rate of more than 64%. The germination test results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and vitality index of maize seeds treated with above two bacteria strains were significantly higher than that of control(P<0. 05). For B. atrophaeus treatment,both the germination rate and germination potential of maize seed were above 70%,which were higher than that of B. pumilus treatment. The pot test showed that the control effect of B. atrophaeus was the best on F. proliferatum disease in maize seedlings,with an efficacy of 61. 72%.【Conclusion】 B. atrophaeus could not only control effectively the diseases caused by F. proliferatum in maize seedlings,but also promote maize seed germination,which has a good prospect for further research and application.
