水杨酸对盐碱胁迫下菊花幼苗生长及生理特性的影响

【摘要】 【目的】探究外源水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)对菊花幼苗盐碱胁迫的缓解作用,为盐渍化地区种植园林小菊提供理论支持和参考价值。【方法】以园林小菊耐盐品种江月(Matricaria chamomilla cv.‘Jiangyue’)和盐敏感品种尽染(Matricaria chamomilla cv.‘Jinran’)为试验材料,向叶面喷施不同浓度SA(0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00mmol/L),研究在100 mmol/L盐碱胁迫处理下外源SA对园林小菊幼苗生长及生理指标的影响。【结果】与对照相比,在盐碱胁迫下外源喷施0.50 mmol/L SA,江月和尽染幼苗相对含水量(REW)分别增加54.33%、40.07%;叶绿素含量(SPAD)分别增加24.0%和29.4%;相对电导率(REC)和丙二醛含量(MDA)分别降低44.02%、45.09%和42.10%、52.97%;可溶性糖(SS)增加20.92%、40.69%;过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性分别增大了10.71%和10.70%;过氧化物酶(POD)活性分别增大了49.29%和72.31%;抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)活性分别增大了87.59%和108.19%;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性分别增大了20.62%和25.87%。【结论】外源喷施0.50 mmol/L SA可以更好地促进盐碱胁迫下园林小菊幼苗的生长发育、增强生物膜的稳定性以及提高抗氧化酶活性,从而减轻盐碱胁迫对菊花幼苗的受害,且对盐敏感品种尽染受害的缓解效果更为明显。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 The aim of the study was to explore the alleviating effect of exogenous salicylic acid(SA) on the saline-alkali stress of chrysanthemum seedlings,providing theoretical basis and reference for planting chrysanthemum in salinized areas.【Method】 In this study,the salt-tolerant variety Jiangyue(Matricaria chamomilla cv.‘Jiangyue’) and the salt-sensitive variety(M. chamomilla cv.‘Jinran’) was used as experimental materials. Different concentrations of SA(0. 25,0. 50,0. 75,and 1. 00 mmol/L) were sprayed onto the leaves of garden chrysanthemum seedlings to test their effects on the growth and physiological indicators of the plants under 100 mmol/L saline alkali stress.【Result】 Compared with the control,exogenous spraying of 0. 50 mmol/L SA resulted in a 54. 33% and 40. 07% increase in relative water content(REW) of Jiangyue and Jinran seedlings under salt alkali stress,respectively. The chlorophyll content(SPAD) increased by 24. 0% and 29. 4%,respectively. The relative conductivity(REC) and malondialdehyde content(MDA) decreased by 44. 02%,45. 09%,and 42. 10%,52. 97%,respectively. Soluble sugar(SS) increased by 20. 92% and 40. 69%. The activity of catalase(CAT) increased by 10. 71% and 10. 70%,respectively. The peroxidase(POD) activity increased by 49. 29% and 72. 31%,respectively. The activity of ascorbic acid peroxidase(APX) increased by 87. 59% and 108. 19%,respectively. The activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) increased by 20. 62% and 25. 87%,respectively.【Conclusion】 Exogenous spraying of 0. 50 mmol/L SA could obviously promote the growth and development of garden chrysanthemum seedlings under saline-alkali stress,enhance the stability of biofilm and improve antioxidant enzyme activity,thereby reducing the damage of saline-alkali stress to chrysanthemum seedlings; and the mitigation effect was more obvious on the salt-sensitive variety Jinran.
