塔式烘干机撒粮装置优化与试验
Optimization and testing of the tower dryer grain spreading device
【摘要】 【目的】提高塔式谷物烘干机机撒粮均匀性,改善能源浪费和干燥品质差的问题。【方法】建立撒粮过程中物料的运动学模型,分析影响撒粮均匀度的主要因素;采用SolidWorks软件建立水稻颗粒和撒粮装置的三维模型;以变异系数为试验指标,运用EDEM软件对下流管倾斜角度、电机转速、撒粮盘开口角度和距顶高度等主要因素进行仿真分析,探究最佳参数组合。【结果】当倾斜角度62.82°,开口角度42.20°,转速229.21 r/min,距顶高度374.94 mm时,变异系数达到最低2.41%;影响撒粮均匀度变异系数的因素主次排序为倾斜角度>开口角度>电机转速>距顶高度。【结论】台架试验结果表明,仿真和试验结果基本吻合,优化后撒粮性能提升18.1%。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 The study aimed to address issues of energy waste and poor drying quality by improving the uniformity with which the tower grain dryer machine spreads grain.【Method】 A kinematic model of the material during grain spreading was established in order to analyze the main factors affecting uniformity; a three-dimensional model of the rice granules and the grain spreader was created using SolidWorks software. Using the coefficient of variation as the test index,EDEM software was employed to simulate and analyze the impact of key factors such as the tilt angle of the downstream pipe,motor speed,the opening angle of the grain spreading tray,and the height from the top,with the aim of identifying the optimal parameter combination.【Result】 The coefficient of variation was minimized to 2. 41% when the tilt angle was 62. 82°,the opening angle was 42. 20°,the speed was 229. 21 r/min and the height from the top was 374. 94 mm. The factors affecting the coefficient of variation in the uniformity of grain spreading were as follows: tilt angle > opening angle > motor rotational speed > height from the top.【Conclusion】 The results of the bench test showed that the simulation and test were essentially consistent. The optimized grain spreading performance improved by 18. 1%.
