【摘要】 文章基于卓尼扎古录镇的生态环境，通过查阅文献资料，结合在民族地区生活的经历，论述明清以来汉族人来洮州谋生的历史背景，探索汉藏互嵌式聚居格局形成的微观机制，阐述汉文化对藏族生活方式的影响，以及外地汉族人在藏区生活的融入，族际联姻，认同了藏文化，很多地方客观上出现了汉变藏的现状，呈现出和睦相处、携手共进的地方特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the ecological environment of Zagulu Town, Zhuoni County, by consulting literature and integrating experiences of living in ethnic minority areas, this paper discusses the historical background of Han people coming to Taozhou to make a living since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, explores the micro-mechanism of the formation of the inter-embedded residential pattern between Han and Tibetan ethnic groups, and expounds the influence of Han culture on Tibetan lifestyles, as well as the integration of foreign Han people living in Tibetan areas, their participation in inter-ethnic marriage, and their recognition of Tibetan culture. In many places, the status quo of Han people adopting Tibetan culture has objectively emerged, showing the local characteristics of living in harmony and making progress hand in hand.更多还原
