高强度盐胁迫下12个陆地棉品种萌发期的耐盐性综合评价
Comprehensive Evaluation of Salt Tolerance during Germination Period of 12Gossypium hirsutum Varieties under High-intensity Salt Stress
【摘要】 [目的]筛选耐盐棉花种质,旨在为棉花耐盐种质鉴定和盐碱地区植棉研究提供理论依据。[方法]在150 mmol/L Na C1盐胁迫下对12个陆地棉品种的相对发芽率、胚根长、胚轴长和单株干重等指标进行测定,利用隶属函数值、主成分分析和聚类分析法对陆地棉品种进行萌发期耐盐性综合评价。[结果]12个陆地棉品种盐胁迫下相对发芽率、胚根长、胚轴长和单株干重均受到抑制,不同耐性品种抑制程度差异显著;相对发芽率和胚根长、胚根胚轴干重、单株干重间呈正相关,单株干重和胚根胚轴干重间呈正相关,相对发芽率、物质转运率、胚根胚轴干重和胚根长可作为陆地棉萌发期耐盐性鉴定指标;主成分综合得分D值和隶属函均值FMV呈极显著正相关(R~2=0.977,P<0.01),且对陆地棉耐盐性评价是一致的;通过综合评价D值进行系统聚类分析,将12份陆地棉种质聚成5类,高抗盐材料有4份,抗盐材料有3份,耐盐材料有3份,不耐盐材料有1份,盐敏感材料有1份。[结论]中棉所49、辽棉25号、金垦1565、辽棉28号表现出较高的耐盐性,可作为耐盐性种质资源加以利用。
【Abstract】 [Objective]Screening salt tolerant germplasm aims to provide theoretical basis for the identification of cotton salt tolerant germplasm and cotton planting research in saline-alkali areas.[Methods]Relative germination rate,embryonic root length,embryonic axis length,and dry weight per plant of 12 Gossypium hirsutum varieties were measured under 150 mmol/L NaCl salt stress.The comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance during germination period of G.hirsutum varieties were conducted using membership function values,principal component analysis,and cluster analysis.[Results]Under salt stress,the relative germination rate,embryonic root length,embryonic axis length,and dry weight per plant of 12 G.hirsutum varieties were inhibited,and the degree of inhibition varied significantly among different varieties.There were positive correlation between relative germination rate and embryonic root length,embryonic root,embryonic axis dry weight,and single plant dry weight.There were also positive correlation between single plant dry weight and embryonic root and embryonic axis dry weight.Relative germination rate,material transport rate,embryonic root and embryonic axis dry weight,and embryonic root length can be used as indicators for identifying salt tolerance during the germination period of G.hirsutum.D value of the principal component comprehensive score and the mean membership function FMV showed a highly significant positive correlation (R~2=0.977,P<0.01),and were consistent in evaluating the salt tolerance of G.hirsutum;Through comprehensive evaluation of D values and systematic clustering analysis,12 G.hirsutum varieties were clustered into 5 categories:4 high salt resistant materials,3 salt resistant materials,3 salt tolerant materials,1 salt intolerant material,and 1 salt sensitive material.[Conclusion]Zhongmiansuo 49,Liaomian 25,Jinken 1565,and Liaomian 28 exhibited high salt tolerance and can be utilized as salt tolerant resources.
