【Abstract】 Rice was the second largest grain crop in Liaoning province,and also the crop with the highest yield per unit area. It played a crucial role in rice bag project and agricultural economy,bearing the important responsibility of ensuring food security. To comprehend the current state of the rice industry’s development in Liaoning province,the strengths and potential of Liaoning’s rice industry were analyzed based on its production,processing,brand development,and the integrated growth of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.
