【摘要】 为探究黄芪与桂枝在水气病的临床应用，尤其是黄汗病中的配伍原理和临床价值；笔者通过阅读相关文献，整理总结历代医家配伍黄芪、桂枝的临床应用经验，对《金匮要略》中黄芪与桂枝俱见的经方进行逐一探析，在分析中药作用的基础上对方证病机进行比较，并列举2例笔者运用桂枝加黄芪汤治疗表虚卫阳不固的医案详细说明。黄芪与桂枝治疗《金匮要略》水气病的配伍应用，体现了调和营卫、固表行湿的治疗理念。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the clinical application of Cinnamomum cassia and Astragali Radix in water pathogen diseases, especially the compatibility principles and clinical value in yellow sweat disease, the author summarized the clinical experience of compatibly using Cinnamomum cassia and Astragali Radix by physicians across dynasties through reviewing relevant literature. The classical formulas containing both Cinnamomum cassia and Astragali Radix in Synopsis of Golden Chamber were analyzed one by one. Based on the analysis of the effects of Chinese herbal medicines, the pathogenesis of formula syndromes was compared, and two medical cases of treating exterior deficiency with non-consolidation of defensive yang using Guizhi Huangqi decoction were listed in detail for illustration. The compatible application of Cinnamomum cassia and Astragali Radix in treating water qi diseases in Synopsis of Golden Chamber embodies the therapeutic concept of harmonizing nutrient-defensive qi and consolidating the exterior to promote dampness elimination.更多还原
