【摘要】 目的 观察减脂降浊汤治疗脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病合并肥胖的临床疗效。方法 选择2022年1月—2024年8月于南阳市中医院糖尿病科接受治疗的60例脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病合并肥胖的患者，按随机数字表法将患者分为对照组（30例）和治疗组（30例）。对照组应用二甲双胍缓释片联合达格列净片控制血糖，治疗组在对照组基础上加用减脂降浊汤治疗。治疗12周后，比较2组患者体质量、体重指数（BMI）、血糖、血脂、中医证候积分。结果 治疗后，2组的体质量、BMI、血糖、血脂、中医证候积分低于治疗前，治疗组体质量、BMI、血糖、血脂、中医证候积分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 减脂降浊汤治疗脾虚痰湿型2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者有显著疗效，可有效减轻体质量，控制血糖、血脂，改善中医证候，值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianzhi Jiangzhuo decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type. Methods Sixty patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type who received treatment in Nanyang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2024 were selected. They were divided into a control group(30 cases) and a treatment group(30 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was given metformin sustained-release tablets combined with dapagliflozin tablets to control blood glucose, while the treatment group was additionally treated with Jianzhi Jiangzhuo decoction on the basis of the control group. After 12 weeks of treatment, the body weight, body mass index(BMI), blood glucose, blood lipids and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the body weight, BMI, blood glucose, blood lipids, and TCM syndrome scores in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the body weight, BMI, blood glucose, blood lipids, and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Jianzhi Jiangzhuo decoction has a significant curative effect in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with obesity of spleen deficiency and phlegm-dampness type. It can effectively reduce body weight, control blood glucose and blood lipids, and improve TCM syndromes, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
