【摘要】 目的 研究血必净在肿瘤合并脓毒性休克患者中的应用。方法 选取江西省肿瘤医院重症医学科治疗肿瘤合并脓毒性休克患者80例，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。2组均采用综合治疗措施，观察组加用血必净静脉滴注。观察比较2组血流动力学，急性生理和慢性健康状况系统Ⅱ评分（APACHEⅡ）评分，炎症指标，ICU住院时间，28天病死率。结果 治疗后，观察组平均血压及中心静脉压均明显高于对照组；炎症指标比对照组改善更明显；且APACHEⅡ评分下降更明显；且患者ICU住院天数显著少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。2组28天病死率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 结合血必净对肿瘤合并脓毒休克进行治疗，能够改善血压，且明显降低炎症指标，减轻炎症反应，并可以降低患者的APACHEⅡ评分及乳酸水平，同时缩短ICU住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of Xuebijing in tumor complicated with septic shock. Methods Eighty patients with tumors complicated by septic shock treated in department of critical care medicine of Jiangxi Cancer Hospital were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups received comprehensive treatment measures, and the observation group was additionally given Xuebijing by intravenous drip. Hemodynamics, APACHE Ⅱ score, inflammatory indicators, length of intensive care unit(ICU) stay, and 28-day case-fatality rate were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the average blood pressure and central venous pressure in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the inflammatory indicators were more significantly improved than those in the control group, the APACHE Ⅱ score decreased more significantly, and the number of ICU hospitalization days for patients was significantly fewer than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the 28-day case-fatality rate between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Combined with Xuebijing for the treatment of tumor with septic shock, it can improve blood pressure, significantly reduce inflammatory indicators, reduce inflammatory response, reduce APACHE II score and lactic acid level of patients, and shorten the total length of hospital stay in ICU.更多还原
