【摘要】 糖尿病肾病(DKD)是糖尿病常见的微血管并发症之一，其已成为慢性肾病和终末期肾病的主要原因。中药可以通过抑制氧化应激，改善肾组织损伤，恢复肾功能，起到延缓DKD进展的作用。本文将从氧化应激与DKD的关系及中药调控氧化应激防治DKD等方面进行梳理总结，以期为DKD的临床药物应用、基础研究及新药研发提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetic kidney disease(DKD)is one of the common microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus, and it has become the main cause of chronic kidney disease and end stage renal disease. Traditional Chinese medicine can delay the progress of DKD by inhibiting oxidative stress, improving renal tissue damage, restoring renal function. This paper will summarize the relationship between oxidative stress and DKD and the prevention and treatment of DKD by traditional Chinese medicine, so as to provide reference for clinical drug application, basic research and new drug research and development of DKD.更多还原
