【摘要】 目的 旨在探讨借鉴第三方SPD管理理念，利用普通耗材智能柜和物联网技术在医用耗材管理中的实际应用及效果。方法 在病区引入智能柜管理系统，对耗材效期实行精准管理；实时监控并自动记录存储环境的温湿度；和多个信息系统对接，实现数据和资源共享。统计分析2023年1—8月的库存量、占用资金和溢库率，并与2022年同期比较以评估其效果。结果 普通耗材智能柜应用后，管理效果显著，可有效节省人力、资金成本，提高医用耗材管理效率。结论 智慧二级库管理项目的应用有助于医疗机构实现降本增效并确保医疗服务质量和病人安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore and draw inspiration from the third-party SPD management concepts in the practical application and effect of intelligent cabinet of common consumables and Internet of Things technology in medical consumables management,the intelligent cabinet management system is introduced in the ward to accurately manage the consumable validity period.Real time monitoring and automatic recording of temperature and humidity in the storage environment were carried out.Data and resource sharing was realized by interfacing with multiple information systems. Inventory levels,occupied funds,and excess inventory rates from January to August 2023 were statistically analyzed and compared with the same period in 2022 so as to evaluate the effectiveness. The significantly effective management after the application of intelligent cabinets for ordinary consumables has effectively saved labor and capital costs and improved the efficiency of medical consumables management. Conclusion: The application of intelligent secondary warehouse management project can help medical institutions achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,and ensure the quality of medical service and patient safety.更多还原
