【摘要】 基于我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据，通过跨期选择理论，探析了高校教师群体稳定性对“从0到1”基础研究突破性创新和“从1到N”基础研究渐进性创新的影响。研究结果发现：高级职称教师群体稳定性对“从0到1”基础研究突破性创新和“从1到N”基础研究渐进性创新均具有正向影响；非高级职称教师群体稳定性对“从0到1”基础研究突破性创新的影响不显著，对“从1到N”基础研究渐进性创新具有正向影响；经济发展水平正向调节高级职称教师群体稳定性与“从0到1”基础研究突破性创新的关系，负向调节高级职称教师群体稳定性与“从1到N”基础研究渐进性创新的关系。此外，经济发展水平正向调节非高级职称教师群体稳定性与“从0到1”基础研究突破性创新的关系，对非高级职称教师群体稳定性与“从1到N”基础研究渐进性创新的调节作用不显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper has adopted the theory of intertemporal choice to interpret the impact of the stability of the faculty group on the radical innovation of basic research and the incremental innovation of basic research. By analyzing the panel data of 31 provinces of China, the paper has found out that the group stability of senior professional title faculty has a positive effect on both the radical innovation of basic research and the incremental innovation of basic research, while the group stability of non-senior professional title faculty does not have a significant effect on the radical innovation of basic research, and has a positive effect on the incremental innovation of basic research. Moreover, the economic development level positively moderates the relationship between the group stability of senior professional title faculty and the radical innovation of basic research, and negatively moderates the relationship between the group stability of senior professional title faculty and the incremental innovation of basic research. Finally, the economic development level has a positive moderation effect on the relationship between the group stability of non-senior professional title faculty and the radical innovation of basic research, while the economic development level has a non-significant moderation effect on the relationship between the group stability of non-senior professional title faculty and the incremental innovation of basic research.更多还原
