【摘要】 如何促进小农户与现代化大农业发展有机衔接，使其共享发展红利，既是建设农业强国的关键，也是包容性创新的重要前沿课题。本研究基于拼多多平台生态系统重塑云南保山潞江镇咖啡产业案例，采用“障碍识别—机制解构—效应分析”研究框架，系统剖析小农户经市场接入、能力提升与生产标准化、价值开发与产业融合3个阶段，与现代化大农业发展有机衔接的过程机制。研究发现，平台生态系统通过依次实施以市场进路疏通、产业适应性重构、价值共同体建构为核心的包容性创新活动，助力小农户逐步克服市场进路阻塞、产业适配性不足、价值创造潜能受限的障碍，促使其实现机会获取、差异弥合和位势跃迁，推动其在个体、组织、网络和系统层面全面发展。平台型企业在上述过程中先后发挥引导信息有序集散、推动数据多边共享、促进资源耦合协奏的作用，以整合多元组织的优势资源和关键举措，使其在生态系统层面聚合形成包容性创新合力。本研究构建起推动小农户融入现代化大农业发展的关键机制，提出“生态共创式”包容性创新范式，深化了如何实现高效包容性创新以促进衔接的底层逻辑。本文丰富了农业现代化、包容性创新和平台经济的理论研究，也为小农户的现代化发展提供了市场化的路径指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Facilitating the organic integration of smallholder farmers into modern large-scale agriculture and enabling them to share the resulting dividends constitute a pivotal step toward building an agricultural powerhouse and a critical frontier in inclusive innovation.This study employs the case of Pinduoduo’s platform ecosystem reshaping the coffee industry in Lujiang Town,Baoshan,Yunnan,adopting a research framework of "barrier identification-mechanism deconstruction-effect analysis" to systematically examine the process mechanism through which smallholder farmers organically integrate with modern large-scale agricultural development.This integration occurs across three developmental phases:(1) entering markets,(2) enhancing competencies and standardizing production processes,and(3) developing resource value and promoting industrial integration.The findings show that the platform ecosystem sequentially implements inclusive innovation activities that unblock market entry,adaptively restructure the industry,and establish a value community,thereby helping smallholders overcome obstructed access,inadequate adaptability,and limited value-creation potential.This process enables smallholder farmers to achieve opportunity acquisition,disparity bridging,and positional leapfrogging,thereby promoting their comprehensive development at individual,organizational,network,and systemic levels.Platform enterprises play a pivotal role in this process by sequentially fulfilling distinct functions:facilitating the systematic aggregation and distribution of information,promoting multi-party data sharing,and driving resource coupling at the ecosystem level.This integration mechanism converges the strategic resources and key initiatives of various organizations at the ecosystem level,ultimately generating inclusive innovation synergies.This study establishes pivotal mechanisms to facilitate smallholder farmers’ integration into modernized large-scale agricultural development,proposing an "eco-co-creation" inclusive innovation paradigm that elucidates the fundamental rationale of "how" to achieve efficient and inclusive innovation for fostering "organic articulation".This study enriches the theoretical research on agricultural modernization,inclusive innovation,and platform economy,while also providing valuable market-oriented guidance for the modern development of smallholder farmers.更多还原
