AI赋能的发酵工程原理课程教学改革

【摘要】 “人工智能(AI)+教育”是当前教育改革的趋势,通过高科技手段优化教学方式和内容,提升教育质量和效率,将在教育领域产生深远影响。发酵工程原理作为生物工程类和食品类专业的核心课程,在生物技术领域迅速发展的背景下,相关行业迫切需要具备扎实发酵工程原理知识与创新实践能力的高素质应用型人才。为顺应行业对基础理论知识与创新实践高度结合人才的需求,对发酵工程原理课程进行深度改革已势在必行。先对传统教育模式存在的问题和AI对传统课程教学带来的冲击进行分析,然后总结AI技术和教育结合的可行性,最后讨论如何利用慕课、雨课堂和超星学习通等智慧AI教学平台对高校生物工程相关专业的发酵工程原理课程教学进行改革,以提高教学质量。

【Abstract】 “AI + Education” is the current trend in educational reform,aiming to optimize teaching methods and content through advanced technology,enhancing education quality and efficiency,which will have a profound impact on the education sector.As a core course for both biological engineering and food science majors,the principles of fermentation engineering are crucial in the rapidly developing field of biotechnology.The industry urgently needs highly qualified application-oriented talents with a solid foundation in fermentation engineering principles and innovative practical skills.In response to the demand for talents who combine theoretical knowledge with practical innovation,a deep reform of the fermentation engineering course is imperative.First analyzes the issues with traditional education models and the impact of AI on traditional course teaching,then summarizes the feasibility of integrating AI technology with education,and finally discusses how to utilize AI-based platforms such as MOOCs,Rain Classroom,and Super Star Learning to reform the teaching of fermentation engineering principles in higher education for biological engineering-related majors to improve teaching quality.
