高速公路机电系统数智化运维管理探讨

【摘要】 针对现有高速公路机电系统运维管理中存在运维效率低、运维经费受限、运维人才不足和运维标准不规范等问题,结合高速公路机电系统运维现状及需求分析,探讨了高速公路机电系统数智化运维管理办法,包括建立运维组织机构、制定运维制度体系,编制运维预算成本。基于此,构建数智化机电运维平台,并基于高速公路机电系统运维体系及其运维作业流程要求,针对收费站、服务区、路段、隧道等高速公路关键部位的机电系统运维管理提出了相应对策。结果表明:通过建设高速公路机电系统数智化运维体系,能全面提升高速公路机电系统的运维效率和精准性,为智慧高速的安全稳定运行和公众高质量出行提供保障。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the existing issues in the operation and maintenance(O&M) management of highway electromechanical systems, such as low maintenance efficiency, constrained budgets, insufficient technical expertise, and lack of standardized protocols, this study explores digital-intelligent O&M management solutions by analyzing the current status and operational demands. The proposed measures include establishing O&M organizational structures, formulating O&M regulatory frameworks, and preparing O&M budget plans.. On this foundation, a digital-intelligent electromechanical O&M platform is constructed. Based on the O&M system of expressway electromechanical systems and their workflow requirements, corresponding strategies are proposed for the O&M management of key components such as toll stations, service areas, road sections, and tunnels. The resultsindicate that the implementation of a digital-intelligent O&M system for expressway electromechanical systems can significantly enhance operational efficiency and precision, thereby ensuring the safe and stable operation of smart expressways and providing high-quality travel services for the public.
