【摘要】 针对高温再热器炉内壁温难以长时间连续监测的问题,选择K分度热电偶的测量元件,采用集热块与测量元件预先焊接在一起后安装在某1 000 MW锅炉高温再热器炉内管壁上的方式,获得不同工况下高温再热器炉内壁温特性。分析了高温再热器同一根管沿管程温度分布、烟气入口截面温度分布特性、炉内外对应测点的关系、炉内测点与负荷的关系以及管壁相同位置向火面及背火面温度之间的差别。结果表明:沿管程方向,U型弯底部温度最高;不同负荷下高温再热器烟气入口截面温度分布无明显统一规律;炉内壁温测点可以更加真实地反映炉内实际壁温;炉内测点与炉外测点温度存在近似线性的关系;炉内测点温度与负荷无明显量化关系;向火面温度较背火面高出35~55℃。

【Abstract】 In view of the problem that it is difficult to continuously monitor the temperature of the inner wall of the high-temperature reheater for a long time, the measuring element of the K indexing thermocouple is selected, the heat collector and the measuring element are pre welded together and installed on the inner wall of the high-temperature reheater of a 1 000 MW boiler to obtain the characteristics of the inner wall temperature of the high-temperature reheater under different working conditions. The temperature distribution of the same tube of the high-temperature reheater along the tube side, the temperature distribution characteristics of the flue gas inlet section, the relationship between the corresponding measuring points inside and outside the furnace, the relationship between the measuring points in the furnace and the load, and the difference between the temperatures of the facing and back surfaces at the same position of the tube wall are analyzed. The results show that the temperature at the bottom of U-bend is the highest along the tube side; Under different loads, the temperature distribution of flue gas inlet section of high-temperature reheater has no obvious uniform law; The measuring points of furnace wall temperature can more truly reflect the actual furnace wall temperature; There is an approximate linear relationship between the temperature of the measuring points inside the furnace and that outside the furnace; There is no obvious quantitative relationship between the temperature of the measuring point in the furnace and the load; The temperature of the facing surface is 35—55 ℃ higher than that of the back surface.
