岩质边坡两种常见修复技术修复效果比较

【摘要】 【目标】为对比稳定土植生护坡技术与高分子蜂巢约束系统护坡技术在高陡岩质边坡生态修复中的效果差异,以某公路工程修复时间均为1年的两处路堑岩质边坡为研究对象,明确当前不同修复方式对公路边坡土壤理化性质和微生物群落的改善作用。【方法】通过测定其土壤理化性质和养分含量,结合MiSeq测序技术对细菌16S rRNA进行高通量测序,研究两种修复方式下土壤理化性质和细菌群落分布的差异。【结果】两种修复方式下,土壤理化性质和养分含量差异显著,其中蜂巢技术坡底处的含水率最高,稳定土植生技术下的土壤pH值更接近中性,养分含量更高;土壤细菌alpha多样性指数和群落组成存在显著差异,稳定土植生方式下的细菌网络结构更为复杂和稳定。【结论】从土壤肥力和微生物网络稳定性角度看,稳定土植生护坡技术在公路边坡生态修复中展现出更好的长期生态恢复潜力。研究结果将为制订更加科学的公路边坡生态修复策略提供理论支持,对实际的边坡防护和植被恢复工程具有现实意义。

【Abstract】 [Objective] This study compared two technologies for steep rocky slope restoration. The technologies were stabilized soil revegetation and polymer honeycomb restraint systems. The study examined two highway cut slopes after one year of restoration. The aim was to determine how each method improved soil properties and microbial communities. [Method] By measuring the soil properties and nutrient content and combining with MiSeq high-throughput sequencing of the 16S rRNA gene, the differences in soil properties and bacterial distribution with two methods were investigated. [Result] Soil properties differed significantly between two methods. The polymer honeycomb restraint system exhibited the highest moisture content at slope toe. The stabilized soil revegetation led to a soil pH closer to neutral and higher nutrient content. Bacterial alpha diversity and community composition also showed clear differences. The bacterial network with the stabilized soil revegetation was more complex and stable. [Conclusion] Stabilized soil revegetation demonstrated superior improvement in soil fertility and microbial network stability. Therefore, it showed greater potential for long-term ecological restoration of highway slopes. These findings provide theoretical support for scientific restoration strategies, and offer practical value for slope protection and revegetation projects.
