综合医院门诊护士主观幸福感潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究

【摘要】 目的 :调查综合医院门诊护士主观幸福感的潜在类别特征,分析不同类别的影响因素,为制定有针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法 :采用便利抽样法,于2024年11月选取全国18个省份38家三级甲等综合医院的2 163名门诊护士作为调查对象。使用一般资料调查问卷、总体幸福感量表进行调查,采用潜在剖面分析法建立门诊护士主观幸福感潜在类别模型,通过多元Logistic回归分析不同主观幸福感类别的影响因素。结果 :门诊护士主观幸福感可分为低幸福-高压力型(23.86%)、中幸福-兴趣缺失型(44.29%)和高幸福-放松型(31.85%)3个潜在类别。职称、有无管理职务是不同类别门诊护士主观幸福感的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 :三级甲等综合医院门诊护士主观幸福感具有明显的异质性,提示医院管理者应针对不同幸福感类别的门诊护士制定个体化、以群组为单位的干预方案,提升其幸福感,从而优化门诊服务质量,改善患者就医体验。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the latent category characteristics of Subjective Well-Being(SWB) among outpatient nurses in general hospitals, analyze the influencing factors of different categories, and provide reference for the formulation of targeted intervention measures. Methods: Using a convenient sampling method, 2163 outpatient nurses from 38 tertiary grade A general hospitals in 18 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions) across China were selected as survey participants in November 2024. Surveys were conducted using a general information questionnaire and the General WellBeing Schedule. Latent profile analysis was employed to establish the latent category model of SWB among outpatient nurses. Univariate analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to analyze the influencing factors of different SWB categories. Results: The SWB of outpatient nurses could be divided into three potential categories: low SWBhigh stress(23.86%), moderate SWB-interest deficiency(44.29%), and high SWB-relaxation(31.85%). Professional title and position were the influencing factors of the SWB of different types of outpatient nurses(P<0.05). Conclusion: The SWB of outpatient nurses in tertiary general hospitals exhibits significant heterogeneity. Individualized and group-based intervention programs should be developed for outpatient nurses of different SWB classes to enhance their SWB.
