【摘要】 加强博士生负责任科研行为(responsible conduct of research, RCR)教育是提高创新能力、涵养科学家精神的重要途径。文章将同伴教学法与案例教学法相结合，构建基于学生亲历案例的同伴教学方法(self-case-based peer instruction, SCPI),应用于旅游管理博士生RCR教育教学改革。为期6年的教学实践表明，SCPI作为一种以学生为中心的教学方法，可以充分回应旅游管理专业博士生在开展跨学科研究时面临的多元伦理困境和实际需求，有助于激发博士生的学习热情，推动多学科知识和视角相融合，唤醒道德自律和科研诚信意识。SCPI教学实践不仅拓展并丰富了传统同伴教学法和案例教学法，也为构建迈向真实情境的深度学习机制，提升研究生教学质量提供了详细的教学指南和实践框架。更多还原

【Abstract】 Strengthening the education of doctoral students in responsible conduct of research(RCR) is an important approach for improving their innovative capabilities and cultivating a scientific spirit. The study combines traditional peer instruction with case-based teaching method to construct an innovative approach of self-case-based peer instruction(SCPI) method, which is applied to the educational and teaching reform of the RCR curriculum for doctoral students in tourism management. Six years of teaching practice shows that, SCPI as a student-centered method, can fully address the diverse ethical dilemmas and meet the practical needs faced by tourism management doctoral students when carrying out interdisciplinary research. It helps to stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm to actively engaged in the moral principles of RCR, promote the integration of multidisciplinary knowledge and perspectives, and enhances the awareness of moral self-discipline and research integrity. The SCPI approach proposed in this paper not only expands and enriches the traditional peer instruction and case-based teaching method, but also provides a detailed pedagogical guide and practical framework for building a deep learning mechanism towards real situations and enhancing the quality of graduate education.更多还原
