【Abstract】 The paper first analyses the importance of establishing morality and cultivating People for calculus course’s teachers.Teachers should not only teach mathematical knowledge,but also devote appropriate time and energy to the aspect of moral education.They should integrate knowledge teaching,value guidance,ability improvement and ideological and political education into practical teaching processes.Secondly, the article investigates the basic qualities for teachers to carry out the moral education and talent cultivation.Finally,the ways and methods for teachers to incorporate the elements of moral education and talent cultivation into their teaching practices are discussed.更多还原
