【Abstract】 This paper focuses on intellectual property finance, exploring the key structural elements and operational mechanisms of an intellectual property financial service system for technology-based enterprises.It proposes suggestions to expand financing pathways through establishing high-value intellectual property asset pools, structured financial capital pools, collaborative and orderly service pools, scientifically risk-sharing mechanism pools, and efficient policy combination pools.更多还原
