【Abstract】 The burgeoning wave of technological innovation, especially artificial intelligence(AI), is shaping the military systems of major countries and their competition in this field. The history of major-country military competition since the Industrial Revolution and the massive international conflicts currently underway have all highlighted the impact of technology on military systems and competition. We should analyze how military systems adapt to new technologies and how different technologies and systems confront and offset each other from a long-term perspective. The military and technology competition we witness today is, first and foremost, competition in technological innovation and application systems among the world’s major countries. Emerging technologies represented by AI are transforming strategic awareness and planning, combat systems, and support systems. To adapt to and seize the initiative in the ongoing military and technology competition, we must enhance the efficiency and resiliency of our military system, avoid excessive dependency on any single technology, and pay due attention to the risks and challenges of emerging technologies.更多还原
