【摘要】 数据治理工作对推进我国数字能力现代化建设具有重要意义。本文回顾了数据治理的基本概念及我国数据相关政策沿革，介绍了数据治理在自然灾害防治领域中的应用情况，重点分析了地震行业数据治理工作进展，最后结合北京市防震减灾数据资源摸底结果，提出了北京市防震减灾数据治理工作有待改进之处，为未来开展北京市防震减灾数据治理工作提出意见建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Data governance is of great significance in promoting the modernization of digital capabilities in China.This paper reviews the basic concepts of data governance and the evolution of data related policies in China, introduces the application of data governance technology in the field of natural disaster prevention and control, and analyzes the progress of data governance in the earthquake domain. Finally, based on survey results of Beijing’s earthquake prevention and disaster reduction data resources, this study proposes improvements for earthquake prevention and disaster reduction data governance work in Beijing and provides suggestions for future development.更多还原
