【摘要】 当今世界，以大数据、人工智能为代表的现代信息技术正以前所未有的深度和广度重构人类社会的认知范式与实践模式。推动信息技术融入教育变革创新成为世界各国共同竞相追逐的全新赛道。教育数字化正重塑世界教育格局，成为世界高等教育中心建设的重点。以美国、英国为代表的发达国家在数字教育治理、智能教学平台建设等方面形成显著竞争优势。在国家教育数字化战略的驱动下，我国高校在数字化转型方面取得了突破性进展，但在顶层规划、育人方式、办学模式、管理体制、保障机制等方面仍存不足。面向教育现代化2035战略目标和教育强国发展蓝图，我国高校需要从战略规划、资源建设、素养提升、品牌塑造、安全保障等方面开展中国特色高校数字化转型。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s world, modern information technologies, represented by big data and artificial intelligence, are reshaping cognitive paradigms and practical models of human society with unprecedented depth and breadth. Promoting the integration of information technology into educational reform and innovation has become a new frontier that countries worldwide are vigorously pursuing. The digitalization of education is redefining the global educational landscape and has emerged as a focal point in the construction of world-class centers for higher education. Developed countries, typified by the United States and the United Kingdom, have established notable competitive advantages in areas such as digital education governance and the development of intelligent teaching platforms. Driven by the national strategy for educational digitalization, Chinese universities have made breakthroughs in digital transformation. However,gaps remain in areas such as top-level planning, educational approaches, school-running models,management systems, and support mechanisms. To align with the strategic goals of educational modernization by 2035 and the blueprint for developing China into an education powerhouse, Chinese universities need to advance digital transformation with Chinese characteristics across strategic planning, resource development,literacy enhancement, brand building, and security safeguards.更多还原
