【摘要】 采用中文人生意义问卷、医院焦虑抑郁量表、心理弹性量表对594名大学生进行调查，考察大学生生命意义感、心理弹性与抑郁症状的关系，以及心理弹性在大学生生命意义感与抑郁症状间的中介作用。研究发现：生命意义感及其两个维度（生命意义追寻、生命意义体验）与心理弹性呈显著正相关；生命意义感及其两个维度与抑郁症状呈显著负相关；心理弹性与抑郁症状呈显著负相关；心理弹性在大学生生命意义感与抑郁症状之间起部分中介作用。结果表明：大学生生命意义感、心理弹性对抑郁症状具有负向预测作用；大学生生命意义感不仅会直接影响抑郁症状，而且会通过心理弹性产生间接影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study investigated the relationships among meaning in life, resilience, and symptoms of depression in 594 college students and examined the mediating role of resilience between meaning in life and symptoms of depression. The Chinese Meaning in Life Questionnaire, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale, and Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale were used. The results showed that meaning in life, including its dimensions of search for meaning and presence of meaning, was significantly positively correlated with resilience. Meaning in life and its two dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with depressive symptoms. Resilience was significantly negatively correlated with depressive symptoms. Resilience partially mediated the relationship between meaning in life and depressive symptoms in college students. These findings suggest that meaning in life and resilience negatively predict depressive symptoms of college students. Meaning in life can not only have a direct effect on college students’ depression, but also impact depression indirectly through their resilience level.更多还原
