基于实践成果导向的材料与化工专业博士人才培养模式研究——以广西为例

【摘要】 该文聚焦材料与化工专业博士（材化专博）人才培养模式改革，以广西为典型区域展开研究。在全球化工新材料产业快速发展且成为国家战略竞争力的背景下，材化专博的培养质量至关重要。当前，国内外材化专博培养均面临挑战，2024年相关法规意见的出台提供政策契机。该研究结合广西地域特色，依托“钦州市绿色石化产教联合体”平台，探索实践成果导向的材化专博培养新模式，旨在构建适配区域产业需求的高质量人才培养体系，为全国同类地区提供经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this work, the reform of the training model for professional doctorate candidates in Materials and Chemical Engineering is focused on, with Guangxi as a representative region for conducting study. Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the global chemical new materials industry and its role as a strategic national competitiveness, the quality of training for doctoral degree in the field of materials and chemical engineering is of vital importance. Currently, both domestic and international cultivation of doctor in materials and chemical engineering are facing challenges, and the introduction of relevant regulations and opinions in 2024 provides a policy opportunity. In combination with the regional characteristics of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and relying on the "Qinzhou Green Petrochemical Industry-Education Consortium" platform, this research explores a new model of cultivating specialized and doctoral students in materials and chemical engineering oriented towards practical achievements, and aiming to build a high-quality talent cultivation system that meets the regional industrial demands and provides experience references for similar regions across the country.更多还原
