面向应用技能提升的地方高校新文科专业校企合作模式探索

【摘要】 在新文科建设与产业变革背景下，地方高校经管专业转型面临校企合作制度碎片化、人才培养与产业需求脱节、动力机制缺失等问题。该文构建“知识—能力—实践”三维驱动校企合作框架，通过剖析政府政策导向、企业创新诉求及高校教育改革目标，明确校企合作核心方向与路径，设计项目协同、平台共建、基地联动实施路径，创新多层治理架构与数字化管理机制。旨在破解专业转型制度性障碍，构建产教融合、多方共赢的协同生态，为新文科应用型人才培养提供理论与实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the context of new liberal arts development and industrial transformation, local universities face significant challenges in the transformation of economics and management programs, including fragmented university-enterprise cooperation systems, disconnection between talent cultivation and industry demands, and the absence of effective incentive mechanisms. This study proposes a three-dimensional "Knowledge-Capability-Practice" framework to drive university-enterprise collaboration. By examining governmental policy orientations, corporate innovation needs, and educational reform objectives of universities, the study clarifies the core directions and pathways for university-enterprise cooperation. Furthermore, the paper designs practical pathways such as project synergy, platform co-construction, and base linkage, innovating a multi-level governance architecture supported by digital management mechanisms. Ultimately, this research seeks to resolve institutional barriers in program transformation, establish a synergistic ecosystem of industry-education integration and multi-stakeholder benefit sharing, and offer both theoretical insights and practical guidance for cultivating application-oriented talent within new liberal arts disciplines.更多还原
