产教融合视域下表面工程学课程体系重构与实践研究

【摘要】 在制造业转型攻坚期，表面工程技术迭代加速与复合型工程人才供给不足的矛盾凸显。产教融合作为破解路径，需推动教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链的有机衔接，这是人力资源供给侧结构性改革的现实需求。该文基于产教融合视角，剖析表面工程学课程体系重构的内在动因——既有知识体系滞后于产业实践，继而从动态适配行业需求、构建“课程—实训—产业”三维协同机制等方面，探讨重构的实践路径，旨在为工科课程改革提供可参考的范式，其价值不仅在于提升工程教育质量，更在于为行业输送适配人才，助力经济转型升级与新动能培育。更多还原

【Abstract】 During the critical period of manufacturing transformation, the contradiction between the rapid iteration of surface engineering technology and the insufficient supply of composite engineering talents has become increasingly prominent. Industryeducation integration serves as a solution, aiming to promote the organic connection between the education chain, talent chain,and industrial and innovation chains. This is a practical need for the supply-side structural reform of human resources. This paper, from the perspective of industry-education integration, analyzes the internal driving forces behind the restructuring of the’Surface Engineering’ course system——the existing knowledge system lags behind industry practices, and explores the practical paths for restructuring by dynamically adapting to industry needs and building a three-dimensional collaborative mechanism of’course-practice-industry. The paper also analyzes the pain points and phased achievements during the implementation process.The study aims to provide a reference model for the reform of engineering courses, with the value not only in enhancing the quality of engineering education but also in supplying industry-appropriate talents, thereby supporting economic transformation and the cultivation of new growth drivers.更多还原
